To connect and create an advertising campaign from Yandex Business, follow these steps:
- In Altegio, go to Integrations > Promotion and select the Yandex Business app, then click Connect.
- Sign in to your Yandex account. Register if you don’t have one — it will take a couple of minutes.
On the Settings tab, tell us about your business:- Enter your website address or a link to any page online that will be advertised.
- If you don’t have a website or another page, click the relevant link — Yandex Business will create a free website for advertising based on information from your personal account.
- Click Continue.
- Find your company on Yandex Maps:
- If your company is on Yandex Maps, find it via search. If nothing is found, add your business to Yandex by clicking the relevant link. A form to add your company in Yandex Business will open.
- If you entered a website that is linked to Yandex Maps, the company will be found automatically.
- If your company doesn’t have an address, click My company isn’t on Maps. In this case, you don’t need to create a company profile or advertise it on Yandex Maps. Ads will take potential clients directly to your website or the other page you specified.
- Specify your business type and add a phone number.
Important
This phone number will be used to access your personal account and to recover the account if you forget your password. This number will be visible only to Yandex Business employees.
After filling in all data, click Continue at the bottom. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue setup.
Creating an advertising campaign #
Launching a campaign starts with filling out the ad account and ad materials.
After you fill in the key information, you will be taken to the page of the created ad campaign.
Scroll down on the Overview tab and choose a budget. At this stage, you will also see a forecast of the number of potential clients.
Please note that a standard ad campaign lasts 90 days, so the amount is specified for 3 months at once. After you top up the account, the ads will start automatically.
Open the Ad materials tab to enrich your company card with information. You can add:
- Your company questionnaire. In the questionnaire, tell about your company and upload photos. This will help Yandex Business create ads that represent your company more accurately to clients.
- Products and services. If your company profile doesn’t yet have products and services with images, create them in Yandex Business — they will then appear in the ad campaign and on the Yandex Business website.
- Your own ads about your company. You can create up to 20 ads and come up with your own headlines and descriptions.
- Go to the Ads in Maps tab and tell about discounts, promotions, and special offers. This information will appear on Yandex Maps and external platforms.
Fill in the information on the Goals tab. This will help show ads only to people who most often perform the selected actions, for example, place an order, call, or message the company.
This section is not available if you use the free website from Yandex Business — everything is already configured there.
On the Settings tab, you can provide additional data for the ad campaign: fill out the questionnaire, configure ad display regions, connect a replacement number, view action history, add observers, change contacts, campaign information, and also delete it.
The campaign is ready to launch. It will start automatically after payment on the Overview tab.

You choose the budget for your ad campaign yourself.
Payment is available from an individual or a legal entity via bank card, invoice payment, or Yandex Balance.
In the Promo code field, enter {{promo code}}, apply it, and pay for the subscription.
Once the funds are credited to the account, the Advertising Subscription will automatically launch the ads and start bringing in potential clients.
