How to Add Links to Messengers and Social Media in Your Company Profile

You can add links to WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and various social networks so clients can easily contact you, ask questions, or book an appointment.
This article explains which link formats are supported and how to enter them correctly so they work on all devices.

WhatsApp #

Note: wa.me links may not work in some regions without a VPN.

Chat link #

Use the following format:

https://wa.me/number

Where number is the phone number in full international format without plus sign, spaces, brackets, or hyphens.

Correct:

https://wa.me/19999999999

Incorrect:

https://wa.me/+1 (999) 999-99-99

Chat link with a preset message #

Format:

https://wa.me/number?text=your-text

your-text must be URL-encoded (spaces = %20).

Book an appointment:

Ask for available time:

When clients click the link, WhatsApp will open with the pre-filled message.

Only for regions where these services are available.

Where username is the Telegram handle.
It is not possible to create a link using a phone number.

Examples of typical handles:
salon_name, yourstudio, clinic_support, brandname_team

To set a Telegram username:

Viber #

Viber must be installed on the user’s device.
Desktop and mobile Viber links use different formats.

Desktop link (add contact or open chat) #

viber://chat?number=+19999999999

A plus sign is required here.

Mobile link (add contact / open chat) #

viber://add?number=19999999999

No plus sign in this link.

To display different links on desktop and mobile website versions, use the visibility range settings for content blocks.

Your clients will now be able to contact you quickly and easily from any channel.
