The Services analytics report provides a detailed breakdown of service performance for the selected period. You can analyze service categories or individual services, view earnings, profit, number of performed services, consumables cost, payroll, loyalty payments, and service popularity.
This report helps owners and managers understand:
- which services generate the most revenue and profit,
- which categories are growing or declining,
- how effective promotions and loyalty programs are,
- where consumable costs are too high,
- whether service pricing is optimal,
- how efficiently staff resources are used,
- which services contribute the largest share of total revenue.
Where to find the report #
Navigate to:
Analytics → Services

Select:
- the date range,
- whether to group data by category or by service,
- service type (location services / company-wide services),
- subdivision (optional),
- team member (optional),
- sorting option.
Then click Show.
All data can be exported using Export to Excel.
Report structure #
The report displays a table with detailed KPIs for each service category (or each individual service, depending on your filter). For every row, you will see operational, financial, and dynamic indicators.
The table includes:
- service category or service name,
- number of provided services,
- promotion-related payments,
- earnings,
- average cost of service,
- consumable cost,
- payroll expenses,
- profit,
- percentage contribution to total revenue,
- percentage growth or decline compared to the previous period of the same duration.
Green indicates an increase; red indicates a decrease.
Explanation of key metrics #
1. Service categories / Services #
Represents either groups of services or individual items, depending on selected grouping.
Useful for spotting trends within broader categories or specific services.
2. Number of provided services #
How many times each service was performed in the selected period.
This shows:
- popularity and demand,
- workload levels,
- service turnover,
- growth or decline rates.
Dynamic indicators compare the value with the previous matching period.
3. Payments from promotions #
Shows how much revenue was covered by:
- Discounts
- Points (loyalty bonuses)
- Memberships
- Gift cards
This helps analyze how much of your earnings are influenced by loyalty and promotional tools.
4. Earnings #
The total revenue generated from a service.
Changes compared to the previous period are shown as percentages.
5. Average cost of service #
The average selling price during the selected period.
Useful for analyzing:
- pricing effectiveness,
- influence of discounts and promotions,
- changes in client spending behavior.
6. Cost of consumables #
The cost of materials used to perform the service.
Helps determine:
- service profitability,
- efficiency of supply and stock usage,
- whether past price adjustments are justified.
7. Payroll #
Wages or commissions paid to staff for performing the service.
Payroll may vary depending on:
- commission models,
- bonuses,
- individual rates per specialist.
8. Profit #
The net profit generated by the service:
Profit = Earnings – Consumables cost – Payroll
This is one of the most important indicators for assessing the financial efficiency of a service or category.
Dynamic percentages show profit growth or decline.
9. Percentage of total revenue #
Shows how much each service contributes to the location’s total revenue.
This indicator helps identify:
- key revenue drivers,
- services with high strategic importance,
- weak services that bring limited value,
- where to focus marketing or staffing efforts.
Filters and customization #
You can filter or sort the data by:
- category or specific service,
- location,
- service type,
- employee,
- popularity,
- revenue,
- profit,
- consumable cost,
- number of provided services.
This flexibility allows deep and targeted analysis.
