The Initial company setup section is the first step to launching a location in the system. Here, you quickly enter the key company details so they display correctly in online booking, on the map, and in customer communications.
All settings are simple and clear: just go through each item and follow the prompts. The full basic setup takes only a few minutes, and once it’s done, the location is ready to operate.
Main features of the section #
In this section, you can:
- enter the location and company name;
- upload a logo and photos that will be visible to customers;
- fill in contact details;
- specify the address that will appear on the map in the online booking widget—so customers can find you more easily;
- add a description that customers will see when booking;
- choose the notification language and the date/time format.
