General information

After registering and logging in you can edit general information about your location.

Why is this needed? #

General information about your business reflects the structure of locations in the online booking widget that is published on Google Maps or Instagram.

Editing #

  1. Go to the main menu and select Settings > My location > Location settings.
  • Enter the Location name — it will be used inside the system and in the online booking widget.
  1. The company name will be used on external resources; enter it without quotation marks and legal forms: correct – Face&Body, incorrect – LLC “Face&Body”.
  2. Specify the business category: no more than 2–3 words, for example, Aesthetic Medicine Center.
  3. Select the city. This setting affects how company information is placed on directory websites and reflects the branch structure in the online booking widget. The branch time also depends on this setting.
  4. Select the notification language. It will be used when sending notifications to clients on behalf of the company, and the notification language will be pulled from the language settings.
  5. Set the date and time format that is appropriate for your country. This setting does not affect the current time in the branch; it is automatically taken from the city settings.
  6. Upload a logo: recommended resolution 500 x 500 px. The logo should be placed on a white or transparent background. Maximum file size: 12 MB.

At the end, make sure to click Save.

After these settings, you can fill out your contact details.
