In the Notifications tab you can enhance your appointment management. The features in this tab allow you:
- Sending a confirmation for the appointment, even if this notification is not enabled. You can read more about this in detail here.

- Setting up individual reminders about upcoming appointments via SMS and email.
- Setting up individual return visit reminders.
- Sending individual messages via the SMS, Push and Email delivery channels.
Please note that by default, the system uses settings specified in the Settings > System settings> Notifications section.

Change history tab features: #
The Change history tab provides detailed information about all changes made to the appointment, including which user made the change and when it was made.
