In the chain interface it is possible to attach a team member to several locations. This setting dispenses with the need for creating a team member card in each location, and also helps to merge several cards of the team member who work in different locations.

Setting and editing #
- In the main menu of the chain interface, go to the Team – Team section and click Add team member button.

- Click the Add staff button, in the newly opened window fill in the basic and additional information about team members (read more in the articles: Adding staff and Information and Team member additional information).
- In the Locations tab select locations where the team member works, and click Save.

Note
After saving the data, the card of the chain team member can be edited only in the chain (in the Team – Team section).
You can also edit team data created. To do this, use the following buttons on the right of the team: Edit description and photo, Company details, Locations.

Sorting #
You can also move team members in the list, to do this, click the
button on the left of the team member and drag to the required position. This order is displayed in the appointment calendar and online booking widget.

For convenience, you can view team members selectively. To do this, filter the list by Position (read more here) or by Deleted/Active team members, Dismissed/Working team members filters and click the Show button.

Team members can be dismissed or deleted. To do this, select an team member, click the name or the Edit description and photo button. In the Information tab select the Dismissed status and specify the Date of dismissal if you need to remove a team member from the list, but at the same time save all team member statistics. If you want to delete a team member and all data, click Delete. At the end, be sure to click Save.

Deleted and dismissed team members can be restored.
- To restore dismissed team, filter the list by the Dismissed team members status and click Show. In the displayed list select a team member, click the name or the Edit description and photo button. In the Information tab select the Working status, click Save.
- To restore deleted team members, filter the list by the Deleted team members status and click Show. In the displayed list select a team member and click the Restore arrow button next to their name.
