User’s personal account

Personal account (My Account) is a section that contains information about Altegio user. You can customize and edit all the information that is contained in this section. To access My Account section, simply click on your name in the lower left corner of the sidebar.

Personal data #

Here you can find the following information about the user:

  • photo (to change the photo, mouse over the photo and click Upload photo);
  • phone number;
  • e-mail.

Notifications #

In this block you can configure which emails and notifications you want to receive from Altegio:

  • Receive newsletters
  • Receive marketing letters with special offers
  • Receive letters about system updates
  • Show push notifications about news

Settings #

Settings features:

  • Change the name, language, city and personal information, to save the settings, click the Save changes button
  • Reset the password, change phone number (an SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to the changed number) and e-mail
  • Setting Locations/Chains and pages to redirect the user to after authorization

To change the language of your location navigate to the Settings section. Under Language tab click to open an expanded list with available languages. Select the one that you need:

Account management #

To delete an account, click the Delete account button and enter your password in the pop-up window. After confirmation, the account will not be deleted immediately, but 25 days after the request. During this period, you can continue to use the account or cancel the deletion. The data will be permanently deleted from Altegio 25 days later.

Personal data management #

In this section, you can:

  • Export your data.
  • View the User Agreement text.
  • View the License Agreement text.
  • Send a request to block your data.

In accordance with the Privacy Policy, a user has the right to receive a copy of the account-related data that we store and process. To request an export, you need to enter the email address where the download link will be sent, and your account password.

  • Export generation may take up to 24 hours.
  • You can submit an export request no more than once per day.
  • Be careful when entering your email address — the archive download link will be sent to the email you provide.
