Client mobile apps support sending PUSH notifications.
Apps can remind clients about upcoming appointments, request feedback after a visit, and notify them about changes/cancellations directly on the mobile device screen. PUSH notifications are much more convenient and informative than SMS, because they take users directly to the relevant section in the app.
Benefits of PUSH notifications:
- free of charge and help significantly reduce SMS costs;
- do not require written consent from the client to send notifications;
- if a push notification cannot be delivered, the client will receive an SMS notification instead.
